About the High Five Owner
The founder and owner of High Five Exterior Cleaning is Matt Kasteel. A natural-born leader, Matt excels at everything he does and sets a high standard for everyone around him. Thorough, detail-oriented, trustworthy and loyal, he expects a lot but is generous and flexible with those that live up to the standard. Through his time at Trinity Western University, he balanced first-class performance on the soccer pitch with top-notch performance in the classroom. At the same time, he led a team of volunteers from the TWU WorkCore program, helping community members in need with yard work and general labour. During this period, he worked with a power-washing company, and watching them work inspired him. He didn’t know it then but had discovered the path that would satisfy his inquisitive and achieving nature while delivering an opportunity for personal and professional balance. He founded High Five Exterior Cleaning, and just as he always has, he achieved rapid growth and expansion. High Five has even transcended Matt’s personal goals to a level he could only achieve working with his team focused in efficiency, integrity and service ideals.
